Long story short, dropped truck off on a Tuesday, truck fixed on a Friday. Issue? No one available to plug in machine to check the check engine light. Once they finally had someone available, and determined it was glow plugs, they dont stock the plugs and had to order. To me is weird. Joe kept me in the loop though. Just weird that they had to order glow plugs.

Unfortunately it took 4 trips over 2 plus weeks to the service department to get the leaks fixed on my brand new 2025 pickup. Long story short, miscommunication was a big part of the problem. After being disappointed with the service department I took the issue to the financial person and explained my unhappiness with him. He took it upon himself and apologized. Then he put me in a vehicle to drive until the service department took care of the issues with my truck. I was told it would be at least 2 weeks before the service department would be able to even diagnose the issue. But, after just one day my vehicle had been fixed. Both joe in the service department and Jesse in the financial department took the time to help me. I’m grateful for the service they provided for me. My truck is preforming beautifully ever since. A huge thanks again to Joe and Jesse. They helped take a stressful situation and smooth it out some for me. I appreciate the effort they put out. It made me feel like I mattered.

Had an appointment at 8:40am. I was told it would take 4 hours. I spent 8 hours there and my truck was never touched. After 8 hours I asked and I was told “we can’t get to it today we’ll get to it tomorrow”. Very poor customer service and lack of accurate information and no communication.

Bonander claims they are performing the multipoint inspections during the oil, lube and tire rotation service intervals on my 1019 Buick Invision. However, they have failed the last two times to deliver the documentation. Promised to mail the first one and e-mail the second one. I have received neither.

I have a 2025 gmc 2500 that is having some intermittent issues. It seems each time it gives me a problem and I take it in to be diagnosed the issue mysteriously disappears. This last time it had to be towed because it wouldn’t start or respond to any commands from the key fob or the app. Of course by the time it arrived at the service center it had fixed itself. Parker had a complete software update done on it while it was there and they also tried to duplicate the events that took place the morning it failed. At this point the vehicle is up and running as it should. Because no problem was found I don’t feel good about this vehicle. I love the truck but I do not trust it or feel safe to travel anywhere because of the issues that haven’t been resolved with a physical repair. At no fault on the service department as they can’t fix what they can’t find. Matter of fact, they did all they could to take care of me while my truck was there for service. They picked me up from my work and also put me in a vehicle to drive until they were done with my truck. I’m very grateful for the efforts they made to help me. I’m not disappointed in them, just the product that I bought. California gmc customer care was supposed to call me today with what they said would be a resolution to my complaint/problems but as now I have not received anything from them. I just want to be able to have confidence in the product that I brought. Thanks again to Jesse, Parker and Joe down there, you fellas made this issue easier for me to deal with and I appreciate you. I brought in my truck September 6 and started a warranty No follow up or call from dealership After coming in asking when it will get repaired I was first told nothing had been done When I brought it in for repair warranty Debra was off Service writer used a screwdriver and pulled on fuel door until it came off Body shop had my fuel door 8 days before I called to ask how much longer Debra had technician try to force door back on No clue how to install it Wiped it off with dirty rag and slammed it closed Very unprofessional

I was there for an oil change, appointment at 10:00am. Dropped vehicle off. I called to check-in on status at 3:15 pm for them to say “oh, it looks it’s ready” that’s five hours later for an oil change. That’s insane and yet, no one called me to tell me it was ready.
